Strategy ● Leadership ● Change
Change-focussed people for people-focussed change.
Monthouse is a small consultancy with a network of experienced associates. We build teams with the right blend of capability and experience to meet our clients' needs and our teams are always flexible because we know needs will change over time as we work together and learn together.
We work with one, with some and with many: with individuals who we support to develop their change leadership; with teams and groups that we collaborate with to design and deliver change programmes; and with whole communities and complex systems of people who we engage in large-scale, complex change work.
Our values are strongly humanist and our work is always human-centred. We believe that it is always the people that make a place and that succeed or fail to make change happen. With the accelerating pace of development in fields like artificial intelligence and robotic automation, we believe it is more important than ever to make sure that change remains human-centred.
We won't ask to borrow your watch and tell you the time. We are collaborators who want to share our knowledge and experience with you and your people, to help you to learn and build your capability so that we deliver sustainable change together and add genuine value.
